You may recall the engaging engagement story that I posted last year about Matt’s proposal to Rebecca “See, I’d Make A Good Housewife” . Once you read the story you get a sense of the love and respect that these two have for each other ~ and the joy of spontaneity!
The wedding took place at the exquisite Temple Emanu-El in Miami Beach! I wonder how many couples committed their lives, hopes and dreams to each other here?
A wonderful moment ~ one of so many captured this day as Rebecca walks with her Mom to meet Matthew at the Chuppah ~ and below as Rebecca places Matthew’s wedding band on his right index finger ~ why the right index finger you may ask ~ the reason goes back to the time of the Talmud and the differences in beliefs at that time about which finger is closer to the heart!
