A Jungle Island Miami Wedding<\/h3>\n

The moments I capture with my camera don’t belong to me. They belong to you. They’re your moments. It might be an\u00a0image that sits next to your bed that you wake up to, a\u00a0photo that greets you as the walk into your home, an\u00a0image that reminds you of a loved one, or that photo that greets every time you go to your phone. What I do I do for you, I do for your legacy.<\/p>\n

I take photographing a wedding to heart. Through my eyes, I capture\u00a0the joy of generations, grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren, and the exuberance of the wedding experience that forms the legacy of every couple and their families.<\/p>\n

So it’s with much excitement that I share Jamie and Eli’s Orthodox Jewish Jungle Island Miami wedding!<\/p>\n

There is a tradition for the mother of the bride and the mother of the groom to stand together and break a plate. The reason is to show the seriousness of the commitment \u2015<\/p>\n

After the Tish, both fathers escort Eli to the Badeken, where you can see below as Jamie with both Mothers, Grandmothers and Sisters are thrilled and excited in the moment!<\/p>\n

An endearing moment as Jamie’s Grandmother bestows a blessing.<\/p>\n

\"Jungle<\/p>\n

I spoke earlier of generations ~ do you think this moment for the nieces of the Bride and Groom will not be forever remembered?<\/p>\n

It’s all about family!<\/p>\n

\"Jungle<\/p>\n

Traditions come in all forms and this text in Hebrew is keeping with the traditions of the Jewish faith.<\/p>\n

The moment when Eli’s parents dress him in the kittel.<\/p>\n

I like the explanation that “circling “seven times” corresponds with the seven wedding blessings and demonstrates that the groom is the centre of the Brides\u2019 life”<\/p>\n

That moment that it hits you that you’re married!<\/p>\n

\"Jungle<\/p>\n

I just love the intensity of celebration that this wedding exuded!<\/p>\n

Another generational moment as the Groom celebrates with his grandfather!<\/p>\n

From one generation to another! Jamie celebrating with Grandmother!<\/p>\n

I asked Jamie to share some words of wisdom regarding planning a wedding:<\/p>\n

“To my newly engaged best friend I would say, Make sure you use a great photographer! After the wedding is over, the only tangible reminders of that night are the photos.<\/em><\/p>\n

To all future brides I say, when planning your wedding, focus on your 3 or 4 most important aspects of the night, flowers, photos, dress- and for all the rest, accept help and advice from close friends and family! This will make the planning experience that much more enjoyable for you- and those close to you.<\/em><\/div>\n
