Ocean Reef Club Key Largo Wedding<\/p>\n

You may recall the engagement session “The Ring Was Burning A Hole In His Pocket”<\/a> and Peter’s simple but very effective proposal to Molly. We had a great time creating some amazing photographs and the beautiful results set the tone for an incredible Ocean Reef Club Key Largo wedding day experience!<\/p>\n

The wedding day arrived and as life is full of surprises ~ it rained! I have heard that it’s “good luck” when it rains on your wedding day~<\/p>\n

So I did a little research ~ thank you Google ~ It\u2019s good luck! It comes from several cultures mainly from the Hindu with the idea that a wet knot is harder to untie. Since marriage is often referred to as tying the knot. This thought brought back a moment that I experienced many years ago when upon seeing the Bride tearing up because of the rain just before walking down the aisle\u2026a priest of Irish persuasion stated \u201cDon\u2019t you worry my dear\u2026the angels in heaven are crying tears of joy on your wedding day\u201d and with that the Bride believed, tears stopped and on we went with their wedding.<\/p>\n

But it didn’t rain for long and after the wedding ceremony we had a few moments to take advantage of the gorgeous light that we have here in South Florida! Molly looked absolutely stunning in Vera Wang!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

That’s what I love about an island wedding~a little more of a laid back relax atmosphere to capture!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Molly wanted a great sunset shot and no doubt God was listening! I enjoy collaborating with the “Big Guy” above!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

A subtle moment ~ a tender kiss captured! I love it ~ We know these moments are going to happen and it’s a thrill to get this moment for the Bride and Groom!<\/p>\n

Great friends and your father in law singing and dancing together ~ what a great time we all had at this wedding ~ why do these affairs go by so fast?<\/p>\n

Notice in the detail shots above there’s a couple of images of their guest book that was created from their engagement session. This was a big hit at the wedding and makes for a great place for family and friends to leave a few lovely comments to be cherished forever!<\/p>\n
